Learn to make your own aromatic bath salts and shower steamers using botanical ingredients in this hands-on workshop led by Astrid Selander. You’ll take home some of both to add to your wintertime self-care routine, along with a homemade herbal tea.
Astrid has been a lifelong student of herbalism. She studied at Albuquerque Herbalism, the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, and Shabeta’s Garden in Albuquerque. She is currently studying through the Chestnut School of Herbalism.
Now that she’s settled in Cedar Rapids, she hopes to share what she’s learned through teaching workshops and herbalism classes.
