April 2025

We’re getting ready for our Growth / Process Weekend 2025, which takes place May 1st - 4th. There’s an open mic Poetry Night on Friday, May 2nd where you can share your poems or short prose pieces. RSVP HERE to claim your spot as a reader.

We’re also doing a zine of creative work on the themes of Growth and Process. You’re invited to submit up to 3 pieces that address one or both of these themes. This can be visual art, creative writing (up to 3 total pages), or any other media that can be translated into print (musical notation, recipes, diagrams, documentation, etc.)

The priority deadline for submitting your creative work for the zine is Sunday, April 27th at 11:00pm.

{ An event score is a set of instructions for an action to be performed. When you follow the instructions, it creates an experience, and the experience is the artwork. }

Our inaugural open call group exhibition the time in all the world is up in the staircase gallery and will be on view until March 31st. We will be hosting a silent auction for the 1st 2 weeks of the show. The money raised will help support future events and classes. You can bid on the artwork HERE

We are celebrating the art of photography this month with classes, portfolio review sessions and sharing original works via photeburay on social media.

fac has several artworks in the show Performing Fluxus curated by Rachel Cohen for Fringe Arts Bath. the show runs from may 27th to june 12th at Walcot Chapel in Bath, UK and features video, installation, and live performances from the Fluxus Performance Work
